Welcome to the services and teachings of Jonno Webster. By enrolling in a course, booking a session, joining a group, or accessing any of our materials, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure clarity, professionalism, and integrity in all our engagements.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all healing sessions, training programs, workshops, and related services offered by Jonno Webster.

2. Sessions, Courses & Enrolment

2.1 Session & Course Information

  • All information, including availability and pricing, is accurate at the time of publication.
  • We reserve the right to amend services, schedules, or content as necessary.

2.2 Enrolment Requirements

  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon full payment.
  • In-person training is reserved for individuals who have an existing connection with their spiritual guides.
  • A minimum number of attendees may be required for a course to proceed.

2.3 Cancellations & Withdrawals

  • If Jonno has to cancel a session or course, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after gaining access to materials or a place on a course, no refunds will be given.
  • No-shows for remote sessions are treated as completed appointments.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Terms

  • All services and training must be paid in full before participation or access.
  • Payment methods include those listed on the website or in direct correspondence.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Once access to materials is granted or a healing session is conducted, refunds are not available.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Missed sessions.
    • Personal dissatisfaction once healing or training has begun.
    • Inability to attend due to personal circumstances.

3.3 Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases (e.g. proven technical faults). These are at Jonno's sole discretion.

3.4 Agreement to Terms

  • By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

4. Conduct & Ethics

4.1 Code of Conduct

  • Respect for Jonno, the healing team, and fellow students is required at all times.
  • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal without refund.

4.2 Energy & Ethical Practice

  • Clients and students are expected to honour the energetic nature of this work.
  • Confidentiality and respect for others' experiences must be maintained.

5. Certification & Training Requirements

5.1 Certification (for relevant courses)

  • To be certified, students must:
    • Attend all sessions.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work ethically and safely with their guides.
    • Pass assessments or evaluations where applicable.
    • Agree to follow the ethics of this healing practice.

5.2 Revocation

  • Certification may be revoked if:
    • You breach confidentiality.
    • You teach techniques without permission.
    • You act dishonourably or misrepresent the work.

  • You agree not to share training materials, healing protocols, or recordings outside of your personal use.
  • All materials, including meditations and healing tools, are intellectual property of Jonno Webster and his team.

  • Students and clients are expected to follow protocols as taught.
  • Failure to do so may invalidate training and any associated certification.

8. Copyright, Trademark & Intellectual Property Ownership

8.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content and materials displayed on or accessible through this website, www.jonnowebster.co.uk, including but not limited to written text, concepts, original terminology, session titles (including but not limited to the term “Divorce Clearings”), service descriptions, images, videos, downloadable content, branding elements, course structures, and logos (collectively, the “Content”), are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Jonno Webster.

This includes all terminology, proprietary techniques, and conceptual frameworks uniquely developed and presented through this website.

8.2 Copyright Protection

The Content is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK), as well as applicable international copyright laws and conventions. All rights are expressly reserved unless written permission has been granted by Jonno Webster.
